Condit, Garvey and Hall

They have just finished eating at the mess tent on Hill 65. Their mess gear is still in their hands. Behind them you can see the reflections off the tin roofs of the artillery arm of the hill. The artillery and the huts on that arm of the hill have since been replaced with brick factories. All three of the Marines above were radio operators; Condit & Garvey for the company and Hall was the radio operator for the artillery Forward Observer, Lt. Peter Grimm.
